XLR8 Complete

This program is built from the ground up to serve the Strong & Tall athlete. We address the shortcomings of most training programs by leveraging the relative advantage these athletes possess in their stature. Feel confident and competent in more than just short & heavy workouts.

60-120 Minutes a Day, 5-6 Days per Week.

*60min minimum per day, 5 days minimum per week. Additional time and sessions at athletes discretion.

DOJO Garage

We believe that the effectiveness of your training ultimately comes down to Effort, Creativity and Grit, all of which are pillars of how we’ve crafted this program. The DOJO is our Garage/Home gym option that sacrifices nothing, offering a complete training solution in the space and time you can dedicate to it.

60-120 Minutes a Day, 5-6 Days per Week.

*60min minimum per day, 5 days minimum per week. Additional time and sessions at athletes discretion.

MOJO Auxiliary

Our FREE extra credit/auxiliary program that you can tack on to whatever you are already doing. We know that you may already be taking classes at your affiliate, or even following another program you love. We don’t want to bring an end to any good thing, so we created this program as a way to still offer value to those athletes we aim to serve.

15-30 Minutes a Day, 3-5 Days per Week.

*15min minimum per day, 3 days minimum per week. No warm-up/mobility or progressions included in programmed days.
